Whether it’s the start of a dream sketched on a napkin, or something fully-fledged and professionally drawn, we can make it a reality.
Being involved at the early stage of a project gives us the opportunity to understand the scope of the job and to be completely on board with your vision. We’ll visit your site for free; to gain as much insight as possible. One of our business owners will be there with you right from the start to consider all unique factors of the job and how best to go about them.
Whether you want us to work with you right from the design stage or you already have your plans done, we’ll provide you with detailed costings. We know how critical it is to ensure that your design aligns with your budget expectations. That’s why we’ll identify any areas of excess up front and provide you with options that won’t compromise the quality or overall look of your project.
Once we have been appointed as your main contractor, we’ll arrange a pre-contract meeting before work commences on site. This is an opportunity for you to discuss the timeline of your build with your project management team. Our aim is to put you at ease and ensure you enjoy the construction process all the way.
With our years of experience and our commitment to innovation, your vision will begin to take off during the planning and design stage. We’ll create a design brief with you to understand your vision in detail and consider both the aesthetics and the functionality of your project. We’ll work with you to ensure consultants such as designers and architects understand your vision while providing cost and construction feedback.
Once you are happy with both the design and building budgets, we can manage the consenting process in-house or alternatively, work with your architect to gain the necessary construction consents. We’ll provide you with the finalised specifications list along with a Registered Master Builders contract and guarantee.
Throughout the duration of the build, you will have a dedicated project manager on your team. This will provide you with a clear line of communication and regular onsite meetings. Managing all subcontractors and suppliers, your project management team will keep you up to date with regular construction schedules. Your team will keep you informed of any obstacles that may arise and provide solutions to overcome these quickly and efficiently.
